1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and senang4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the senang4d website located at https://senang4d.cam and all related services, applications, and features provided thereon (collectively, "the Services").

• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds by a player into their senang4d Account via an approved payment method.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wager volume a player must complete before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a player's Account balance to a verified payment method registered under their name.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on senang4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.
2. You must be an individual person. Corporate entities and automated systems are not permitted to register accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a senang4d employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
5. You must not have a self-exclusion, voluntary ban, or regulatory restriction in effect that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration and KYC process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4 Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the senang4d platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended.

senang4d reserves the right to request the following KYC documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit
• Source of funds documentation, where deposit volumes warrant additional verification

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team may result in account restrictions, suspension of withdrawal requests, or account closure. senang4d's KYC procedures are in place to protect players and prevent financial crime.

5 Deposits & Payments

senang4d accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB).

All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction (unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods).
• Cryptocurrency minimum: equivalent of RM30 at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit.
• senang4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the exchange rate applicable at the time of confirmed transaction.
• senang4d does not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once KYC verification has been completed successfully. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. senang4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the player's own verified name.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM50 per transaction.
• Processing times vary by payment method and are detailed in the Banking section of your account dashboard.
• senang4d does not guarantee same-day processing in all cases; processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

senang4d reserves the right to delay, review, or decline a withdrawal request in cases where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the player will be notified and may be asked to provide supporting documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

senang4d offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to individual terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms applicable to each offer before claiming it.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Each welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
3. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
4. Games contribute to wagering requirements at varying rates. Slot games typically contribute at 100%; live casino and sports betting games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the individual promotion terms.
5. senang4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
6. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting technical errors, using automated betting patterns, or coordinating accounts to circumvent rollover requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the senang4d platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, event, and market. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules.

• Bets placed are final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed by the player except where the platform's cash-out feature is available and utilised before event settlement.
• In the event of a technical error affecting game outcomes or bet settlement, senang4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• senang4d uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all virtual game outcomes. Sports betting odds are determined by our licensed odds feed providers.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts per game or market are displayed within the relevant game interface and may be adjusted without notice.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed odds/odds at the time of bet placement and odds correctly applicable under the rules of the relevant market, the correct odds shall apply and the bet will be settled accordingly.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the senang4d platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification request.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or attempting to use the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, promotional terms, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or other software to place bets or otherwise interact with the platform in an automated manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversal fraud, or unauthorised payment disputes.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

senang4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected.
• The player has been found to be under the minimum age requirement of 21.
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected.
• A player requests voluntary self-exclusion under the platform's responsible gambling tools.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance not subject to an ongoing investigation or bonus restriction will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will not be refunded.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, senang4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or earnings arising from gambling outcomes.
• Financial loss resulting from technical failures, platform downtime, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.
• Loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain secure credentials.
• Loss arising from reliance on information, statistics, or content published on the platform for purposes other than entertainment.

senang4d does not represent that the platform will operate without interruption, that errors will be corrected in all cases, or that the platform or its servers are free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law.
